How to cancel tickets sent by post

■ With a "My Bahn" customer account:

Log into "My Bahn" on and click "My last booking".
Select the relevant booking, click "Cancel" and then "Refund". Check your selection again and then click "Refund form" to proceed.

A template opens that you can download, fill in, print out and then send - together with the ticket/s and any other items (seat reservations, etc.) - to the address on the form.

■ Without a customer account:

If you do not have a customer account, you need your booking's order number. Enter it in order search, then our system shows you the relevant booking and cancellation options. Proceed as described above.
