BahnCard 25, 50 and 100 for Frequent Travelers
The BahnCard for frequent travelers in Germany enables card holders to save money while still enjoying the convenience of spontaneous travel.
BahnCard 25 already pays off with one annual journey of more than 200 euros e.g. a roundtrip journey from Hamburg to Munich. The price for a BahnCard 25 is just 62 euros for standard class and 125 euros for 1st class and grants 25% reduction on the full fare for a whole year.
Flexibility and discount at the same time: BahnCard 50 for just 255 euros in standard class and 515 euros for 1st class. It entitles holders to pay half the ticket price. Children, students (< 27 years) and senior citizens over (>60 years) pay only half the price for their BahnCard 50.
As a BahnCard user you collect points for each rail travel with DB. You can redeem these points for attractive rewards within 3 years. Therefore please state at purchase of each ticket that you would like to collect bahn.bonus points because a credit of points is not possible later on.
Just hop on the next train: BahnCard 100 offers 12 months travel on all DB services at a price of 4,090 euros for standard class and 6,890 euros for 1st class.

With the City-Ticket option you can travel for free on public urban transport in many German cities by bus, S-Bahn, tram or underground from your DB train station to your destination in the city area. Outward and return. You are required to purchase your ticket with BahnCard discount, your destination is over 100 km from your orign and is within City-Ticket zone. City-Ticket is free and is automatically noted on your DB-ticket with "+City" behind the DB station name.
