How to purchase your ticket
There are different ways to book your ticket:
Internet booking is an alternative way to obtain your ticket. After registering with our website you can book your tickets online and print them directly at home. Otherwise, the Service Centre in Germany will be pleased to send the tickets by post to your home address for a processing/delivery charge of 3.90 EUR.
Tickets from London St Pancras to Germany can now be booked online!
NEW: Many online tickets are now available to download in the DB Navigator app! Instead of printing your ticket, it can be easily accessed from your smartphone. Please note that this is only possible for online tickets set up for smartphones and that these tickets can only be used by the person who booked them.

You may book your ticket and seat reservation over the phone and have your tickets sent to your home address. Alternatively, you may collect your ticket from ticket vending machines at major train stations in Germany. Timetable information is also available.
You can also make an enquiry online by filling out a sales booking enquiry form.

Inspection on the train
Remember that if you book online, you may be asked to show proof of identification you selected in the booking process. This can be a credit card, your BahnCard, or an electronic cash (EC) card. Please keep your original ticket with you at all times while on board.
For identification with ec-cards/Maestro, your bank must have its registered office in Germany.
