DB tickets directly on your mobile phone: Turn your display into a ticket

Ticket booking

Use your mobile phone to book your ticket up until shortly before the train departs. All you need is to log in on www.bahn.com. Please register here if you don' t have a personal login yet.

Please note: You must have a German SIM-card to be able to use this service!

Choose the train connection on the web site m.bahn.com, then click on „Ticket/Reservation“. You will have to register with your username and password of your www.bahn.com account. The ticket will be confirmed twice: One confirmation will be sent to your mobile as an MMS. You will additionally receive an online ticket via email.

This kind of ticket applies for journeys from 51 kilometers within Germany for standard fares, saver fares and selected special offers (BahnCard holders will be entitled to their respective BahnCard discount) for up to 5 persons. Before you buy your first mobile ticket, please test if your mobile receives and shows MMS properly. Please register at m.bahn.com in the login section and select "Test-MMS".

Seat reservation

If you book a seat reservation, you will only pay 4.00 euros per person (standard class and first class) per ticket in one direction. In case you already have a ticket you can book a reservation seperately.
