Order tickets to be sent by post

All of the tickets booked in the Travel Information can also be sent to you by post. If you want to book an online ticket for a friend or member of your family please enter their personal data and valid identification card during booking. Our Service Centre will be happy to send the tickets directly to your home for a handling and postage charge of EUR 3.50. Tickets for children who travel unaccompanied by their parents or grandparents may also only be purchased if the tickets are delivered by post.

Simply book your ticket as normal via Travel Information and either choose to print the Online-Ticket at home or for the ticket to be sent by post (plus postage costs).

All of the offers in our ticket shop, e.g. InterRail passes, “Länder-Tickets” (regional tickets), “Schönes-Wochenende-Tickets” (happy weekend tickets) can also be sent to your home by post.
