Our call centre was set up in 2000 in response to the increase in demand for rail tickets for Europe in Ireland and the UK.

The Deutsche Bahn UK Booking Centre has expanded continually and most of our Rail Consultants come to us having completed an apprenticeship with Deutsche Bahn.

Our call centre offers a telephone booking and information service to anyone in Ireland or the UK wishing to travel in Germany, and throughout most of Europe. After the withdrawal from sales of the former British Rail we are one of only a handful of organisations in the UK who can assist customers with bookings and reservations for rail travel outside Ireland and the UK. We pride ourselves on giving our customers a prompt and reliable service and will be happy to help you plan your rail journey in Europe.
